Overview HPIC Series of high-voltage reactive power integrative compensation equipment, is widely used in the substation and power distribution in electric power, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, building materials, water supply and drainage, machinery manufacturing and other industries, as a reactive power integrative compensation, to improve the Power Factor and to stabilize the voltage. HPIC can reduce the power losses in the distribution system transformer, thus improving power quality. The design of product is reasonable and reliable and is welcomed by the majority of customers. Features Equipped with SAMWHA Capacitor or other imported brands, or domestic-made high-quality full-film dielectric power capacitors, which have advantage such as high reliability, long lifetime, low power loss, low temperature rise. Equipped with high-voltage expulsion fuses or current limiting fuses on each capacitor as a short-circuit protection to ensure safe operation of equipment. Beside HPLC which switched on or off with the motor, all assemblies are required to equip with the voltage transformer (or discharge coil) as discharge circuit for each capacitor, with voltage transformer in the equipment, the voltage on each capacitor can be reduced to below 50V, after 5 seconds. Equipped with high-voltage monitors, and electromagnetic locks, which have a mandatory locking function, to ensure security during operation or maintenance. And equipped with observation windows and cabinet lighting, so customer can monitor the operation of the equipment at any time. To suppress over-voltage caused by tripping capacitor, equipped with zinc-oxide surge arrestor (MOA). The compensation equipment is cabinet structured, which is sprayed by the corrosion-resistant rust, making it more durable. With the demand from some customers, disconnecting switch, earthing switch can be installed to set up more breakpoints for the convenience of maintenance; Protection of equipment This equipment is power by high-voltage switchgear, where a computer monitor protection unit is usually installed to provide over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, and zero-sequence Voltage (ie neutral unbalance voltage) protection, our company can provide the protection settings and delay value for reference listed above.
