APF Series of Active Power Filter Features LCD touch screen Color Windows CE system. Numerical displays: Vrms of all phase voltages; Irms and ITHD of all line currents; Active, reactive and apparent power; Power factor and displacement power factor; Network frequency; Percentage of filter capacity used; Voltage present on the DC bus; Operating hours of the filter fan; Operating hours of the filter system; Spectrum displays in bar graph and value table: All the line voltages and currents; filter output currents. Waveform displays: All the line voltages and currents; filter output currents. Recording faults and event. Recording logging time during which selected network parameters have been raised and the maximum value set. Allow setting up programmable warnings and alarms that may be associated with a selection of network parameters. Personal ID and password can be set up. DSP Control The APF's inverter uses IGBT switching based on SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width modulation) with a fixed switching frequency. Protection APF uses a comprehensive protection technology to provide: Overload protection; short-circuit protection; IGBT module overheated protection (85 ℃); IGBT fault protection; phase loss protection system; synchronization loss protection; DC capacitor overvoltage (850V) and undervoltage (600V) protection; output over-current protection (1.8 times the rated current), etc. Earthing yellow-green PE wire connect low-voltage switchgear cabinet with earthing protection with grounding resistance of less than 0.01 Ω throughout the entire device. Bus Bar and wires Bus Bar and main circuit wires allow to carry currents 1.5 times the maximum working current. Bus Bar connections are tight and neat. Electrochemical anti-corrosion components are used for the Bus Bar connector, ensuring no deformation of Bus Bar under sustained pressure.
